At Carboncasehouse, our goal is to provide you with first-class products and outstanding customer service. Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via our contact page.
Cancellation policy
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, the order may have already been processed, making cancellation or changes no longer possible. If the cancellation occurs within the 24-hour period, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. No refunds will be given for items that are used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse. Unauthorized returns or returns outside the 30-day period may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be pre-approved. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the return is received, it may take up to 10 business days for the items to be inspected. A refund may take up to 40 business days after confirmation.
Product concerns
We care about product safety. Please use our products safely and responsibly according to the instructions. We assume no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper use. If you experience any problems with a product, please contact us immediately.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us an email with a photo of the damage. We will review the case and determine whether to issue a replacement or refund. Shipping packaging with minor damage is not considered a reason for a return if the product is intact.

We strive for prompt delivery, but cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third parties, customs, or other circumstances. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
